Ecojob is an international staffing agency whose employees are united by their passion and vision to work in harmony with nature.

Ecojob handles professional recruitment, but also the legalization of residence and employment, along with HR and payroll matters. It operates successfully in 4 international markets!

Problem

A non-developing ATS that no longer meets business needs - including merging candidate bases from 4 markets.

Customer and candidates' data were dispersed and processed in multiple independent systems.
Finding the necessary information was taking longer than it should have and was blocking the agile team!

The Ecojob team needed a single system in which every client and every candidate has a single 'folder' gathering all their information - that can be accessed by everyone responsible for the project.

TRAFFIT role

Merging all Ecojob's candidates' databases in a single talent pool - easily accessible and searchable by the entire team

TRAFFIT merged all the information about every candidate in one profile with their full history. Each profile was enriched by the team with tags. These keywords were collected and written down during the past meetings and recruitment interviews and so far were kept in multiple locations. This allows the team to easily browse the entire database and quickly respond to clients' requests.

Important changes have also been made to the Careers page, which has been integrated with TRAFFIT and now job posts are published there directly from the system. Long list of open vacancies builds the agency's credibility among both candidates and clients. You can check out Ecojob's careers page here!

The new ATS has also ensured that job posts are consistent across all 4 markets in which Ecojob operates. It's was a real milestone in building the company brand!
