What does a Scrum Master do?

The role of the Scrum Master is to manage the work of the Scrum Team. Scrum Master ensures that tasks are carried out in accordance with the Scrum concept, removes obstacles that stand in the way of project implementation, provides support to the team, motivates and supports it, and solves everyday problems.

Our requirements:

  • at least two years of experience in a similar position
  • knowledge of the rules of working in Scrum
  • knowledge of agile programming issues

  • knowledge of the English language

Your responsibilities:​

  • running projects using agile methodologies
  • coordination of the work of the project team
  • running sprints, retrospectives and daily scrum
  • introducing team members to work in Scrum
  • solving problems and removing obstacles to project implementation
  • supporting the team in everyday challenges and taking care of the implementation of the agile methodology
  • taking care of the quality of work and its effects
  • introduction of technical and project documentation
