We are looking for a person who will join our Accounting team as a Finance Administrator. Successful hire should take responsibility for managing records for all transactions, preparing periodic financial reports and processing invoices, as well as other financial documentation.   • Managing the invoicing process and ensuring correct reporting of revenues on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Preparing invoices and supporting documentation for clients.
  • Planning and preparing payments for suppliers.
  • Calculating and monitoring company’s receivables and liabilities.
  • Preparing budgets. 
  • Keeping records of costs, invoices and orders in a system. 
  • Participating in the process of accounting books closures.


  • Proven work experience in accounting or financial department.
  • Excellent analytical skills. 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. 
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of accounting laws and regulations.
